Club Pilates

"I am really bummed about this place. I was so excited / nervous to try my first class here. I came on time but the class had already begun. I sat up front while the instructor kept looking right at me but wouldn’t acknowledge I was standing there, clearly there for the class. No greeting, nothing. I continued to stand there for about 20 minutes as I didn’t want to interrupt her (at this point the class is halfway over). I reached out to several different numbers and platforms with no reply’s and continued to just be awkwardly looked at but never greeted by the instructor (who was the only staff member in the building that I could see) I left. Hopefully I can get a refund for the class."
