"Great place just drop my daughter off for college her first semester there its gonna be good"
"Beautiful campus that has several places and activities that the public can use, participate in and enjoy. I grew up close to the campus and have taken classes there. I even had my high school graduation there! I still believe it is one of the most beautiful and scenic college campuses in the Eastern U.S.."
"It is a small campus, and you will be expected to see both good and bad parts for a traditional small college. The faculties are much more approachable than those of large universities, at the cost of limited resources in specific fields and the lack of competition. Many introductory courses are offered each semester, but advanced topics might be covered only once per two years so planning head helps a lot. I took my undergrad and got a straight 4.0 GPA upon graduation, and I will surely recommend this school."
"Didnt get my degree here because i had a couple too many beers but college is what you make of it. campus was nice, teachers were tough. Good school for a resume"
"DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL. Terrible campus life, nothing to do off campus. Surrounding area off campus is plagued by the opioid epidemic. F rated food quality, served by Sodexo. Extremely limited dining options during the week and weekend on campus, and poorly staffed as well. Since UPJ's faculty is constantly understaffed, it can be quite difficult to schedule classes, especially for upperclassmen who need that 1 or 2 extra classes to keep themselves on track to graduate in 4 years. Many students find themselves having to take an extra semester or extra full year because of this issue. The administration bullies students and does not promote and foster a welcoming environment for new organizations. As a former member of the UPJ Student Government Assosication, there are obvious malevolent administrational politics at play. UPJ feels more like a high school rather than an actual college. Save your money and time, and choose the other school you want to attend."
