"Used them to take us over the border into Canada in Niagara Falls. Drive there was fine - courteous driver who said it was no problem for us to call when we were ready to come back to the US side, so I believed him. A few hours later, I called and scheduled a cab for immediate pick up (which they said they could absolutely do) AND paid over the phone, and waited. And waited. And finally after half an hour I called back to see what was going on, and talked to an extremely rude manager who informed me they could NOT pick me up due to some issue with the driver that I could not understand. When I tried to ask questions, he had the audacity to raise his voice to me like it was MY fault. And note they did NOT contact me to cancel. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Highly recommend to take another taxi service."

"Prompt and courteous. We used AAA to go over to our hotel in Canada and they also came to shuttle us back to the airport in Buffalo for less than the private car service our hotel quoted us. Ask for Noah, he took good care of us."

"I had a horrible experience with AAA Taxi. Booked them for air port pick up on 1Aug 2016 at midnight. Wrote them and got confirmation on e mail before starting my trip to US. On morning 1Aug called them from Washington DC to remind the pick up and got assurance. Arrived Buffalo Int. airport at mid night with family and found no body was waiting for us.We waited for about 30 mins. with a hope that some body will come and pick us up but without any luck. It was a terrible night and finally we reached Niagara paying a premium price to other taxi service. AAA Taxi should be banned.I surprise,who has given such an irresponsible company 3.9 rating? Avoid them at all cost."

"I used AAA for round trip service from the Buffalo Airport over to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. My driver was Sam and he was waiting for me when I landed. Sam was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. This was my first trip to the region and he was able to answer all of my questions. My return trip to the airport was just as pleasant, Sam arrived at my hotel on time and continued to be an engaging guide, asking about my trip and discussing various sights. The combination of being able to book my trip in advance, receive prompt and courteous service and really not having to be concerned about ground transportation during my stay, would allow me to recommend AAA to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara area.
