"After our rental car broke down and was towed away at 4am in the morning on Thanksgiving, we stopped at a hotel in Bedford and were desperate for a ride to Pittsburgh. Ubers and lyfts were unavailable and we called every single cab company in the area and nothing was available on Thanksgiving. Dave from Bedford Transportation immediately mobilized to help. Though he didn’t have available drivers he called up friends in the area to ask for availability. A friend had a Uhaul we could take to Pittsburgh, and we were able to make our trip entirely because of the kindness of Dave’s proactive work to solve our issues. I cannot thank him enough.
