"My wife gets chronic migraines and when she’s taken her max amount of abortive drugs we have to come get a migraine cocktail. My sole complaint is that closing time is listed as 8pm but there doors are locked before that. If last appointments are prior to that it should be listed. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors. It seems disingenuous to list your hours until 8pm and not take appointments until that time."

"Needed to go to Worthington Urgent Care for simple stitches. I was so impressed by all 3 people I dealt with. Kind, helpful, great attitudes. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend for any of your urgent care needs."

"Went for breathing problems and once they heard I had an anxiety disorder-- they (the assistant and the doctor both) immediately stopped caring and decided "it's just anxiety" was an easy enough answer for them. The breathing problem had been going on for over a week-- and it wasn't anxiety because I know when I'm anxious and it wasn't that. So all they did was prescribe anti anxiety medicine. I can see your face when you give me that "oh they're just mentally ill" look. It's condescending and lazy. I will no longer disclose to any doctor that I have an anxiety disorder if it means I won't be treated like a person. On top of that, I paid the co-pay, and my insurance paid the rest. So why two months later am I getting another bill? Ridiculous. All they did was talk to me and check my vitals."

"The Urgent care in Linworth, Ohio is excellent!! I was very impressed by the compassion and kindness that l received from the entire staff including Dr. Rankin, Austin, the receptionist, and Rave. They were all wonderful; and, they were genuinely concerned about solving my health issues immediately. My phone calls were promptly returned. They all made my visit as pleasant as possible. And, l feel safe and secure knowing they are nearby should a family emergency arise in the future. Thank you all for your medical expertise, compassion and integrity."

"Dropped in here with the oldest love nugget to get a physical for Wrestling in the public school system at the junior high level. These guys were great we made an appointment online the lot of the paperwork online and even though we were not set to be seen until 1045 we arrived early and they got us in early. Now it appears these guys were very short staff of people being out sick on their staff this week and they still did a fantastic job. This place is nice new clean efficient everyone here is professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place in a pinch and they did a super fast fantastic physical for my son. Oh and their school physicals are only $25 which seems like a great price to her about the local community. If I had four hands I’d give them four thumbs up but I don’t so I’m gonna give him a double thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for just being great"
