"The Carts Connex bus was a great way to get around in town .I use the app to schedule my trips like they want .However lately Carts is using the Connex bus for thier regular calledd in scheduled trips which is effectiving the Connex bus for people like me who depend on it .More than once I have had to walk back home or like today worry an panic because I couldn't get scheduled to get back home.my phone was almost dead an I couldn't carry my groceries home lucky the driver was able to take me home even through I wasn't scheduled on the app."

"I honestly feel that CARTS is amazing. I have lived in other counties and it was a nightmare to find medical transportation. CARTS is very helpful with everyday transportation too! As far as I can remember I have never had a bad or rude driver. The drivers are all really friendly too! If you don't have your own vehicle I highly recommend CARTS! ☺️"

"For many people, CARTS services are their only method of transit between work, home, medical reasons, and billing services; this is an absolutely devastating fact to think of, given the company's consistency. To be blunt, the second star is only for their extremely affordable pricing. Their automated systems and early office closing time makes setting or checking the status of a ride difficult at any point past morning. Scheduled trips are mandated to be called in ahead of time, yet calling in a trip too early runs an equal risk of the trip simply not being registered, and the rider being left unaware. This lack of information continues to the ride schedule itself, which is often adjusted without informing the customer and will not notify the rider of at pickup due to commonplace failures of the automated systems. All of this may be due to staffing or vehicular issues, but it's still a worrying prospect. With a company that works in such a wide radius, being at the state they currently are is harrowing both for the transit system itself and all of the people who rely on it as their only viable option."

"I'm shocked anyone gets where they need to go with this ran like it is. I have almost 30 years of logistics as a background so it's not like I don't understand what they deal with. It takes more than 2 weeks to even get someone to call you back, set anything up. If you cancel a trip ahead of time, 9/10 they'll still show up. The one supervisor doesn't even let you get a word in before she goes off and didn't even understand/get the info of your situation or issue beforehand lol and they haul for a school and want us ready 15 mins early, but won't wait over 5 for a 2 hour bus ride, but can be an hour late picking up when these kids have to go to work after. I'd suggest a better management structure, improved communication, assertiveness."

"Usually a good service except today.. my daughter has a scheduled trip to and from YSU. She cancelled the morning trip since her first class of the day was cancelled but was VERY specific that she still needed the afternoon pick up. They cancelled both and now she's stuck up in Youngstown and they refuse to get her."
