"This place is amazing! Christian and his staff have repeatedly helped me mail several very old, oddly shaped, very fragile, vintage electronics to service personnel all over the country (Maryland, California, Oklahoma, and Georgia so far). They always pack them extremely well, so much so that the service technicians complimented the packing job. Every item has arrived at its destination with no broken glass (every item had multiple glass vacuum tubes in it) and nothing out-of-place. They never say they can’t do it, they find a way and figure it out. I have spent almost $1000 at The Neighbourhood Office and plan to continue to use them for all of my shipping needs."

"This is an absolutely terrific shop that packs a ton of services in their small store. They are always friendly and get to know you personally. It really is the neighborhood office. I have come here for close to 2 years and will always choose TNO over a fed ex or post office. While yes, sometimes they get busy as a few reviews below griped about--isn't every shop busy right now, with staff shortages and the pandemic slowing things to a crawl? And to the customer who complained about paying 5 dollars for this shop to package their tires to return...are you serious? You actually took the time to come on here and ding a store who wrapped actual car tires for 3.00 more than you were quoted over the phone? My word, what is wrong with you? Package up your own car tires next time, you were lucky this shop offered to do it for you. You know darn well the post office wouldn't take actual car tires and package them for you! The store doesn't just ship stuff, if I'm on the road, they will print stuff I need or help me collate reports if they have time. They are sort of an auxiliary support staff for my small business when I can't be in my own office. Christian is the new owner and really brings an A game. They also have hand made cards and cards made by individuals with disabilities--which I like to support the artists when I need a card."
