"Love this place. The community is what makes this place special. Bunch of men, women and sometimes kids, who decided they wanted more then bicep curls and endless running on a machine that goes no where and seeing limited results. These workouts are challenging, varied, fun and if you want, competitive. Kind of workout that I have been searching for and results to match. Don't be intimidated by the work, the coaches (trainers) at the Niles location and the Youngstown location are knowledgeable and extremely welcoming and can make changes to the workout so anyone at any level get the most out of the hour... which is the best part, one hour. In and out... work complete, calories burned, on for the day. Definitely reccomend."
