"Found a great hygienist who had a spectacular set of loups or magnifying glasses with a bright light, enabling him to get plague I never knew was able to be scraped off. Also used a high speed or ultrasonic tooth scraper, which worked better than the manual scraping. To minimize my gum sensitivity they used a refined instrument to deliver numbing agent as close to the gum line as possible. My stain above my fake tooth was removed and it’s never been removed by anyone, since my fake tooth is 28 years old now."
