"Owner makes excuses and doesn't care if something goes wrong with the pick up. She pulled into my driveway 10 minutes earlier than the time I asked for and pulled away in less than 2 minutes before I had the chance to stop her. She said her phone wasn't working. Could have at least honked the horn or knocked on the door. I called her and said I had security footage with timestamps showing when she was there and I explained how she could have handled this better. All she did in response was say "mhmm" and kept hanging up on me as I tried to discuss the issue."
"Canyon Country Cabs is great!! They rescued us on a Sunday from the side of the road on Rt 362 in Wellsboro. They are normally closed on Sunday but after hearing our wows the owner himself came to pick us up along with our dog. I can’t be more great full. What great service and a great heart. I will never use another cab company other than Canyon Country Cabs in this area again."
