Wilmington Airport

"Flown there once. Easy experience but with a storm barely any notifications on why there was a delay and even once on the plane with an additional hour wait, still no word. Today, because of traffic with the storm, the operations staff and the tsa agents, very rude. Yes it’s my fault for getting there 30 minute prior to take off, but it’s 5 minutes to walk there to the plane. It would not have been difficult to call and try to help us. But they just brush you off like we aren’t also human. It’s not hard to have some decency."

"I dropped off a friend at ILG Airport, and it was very nice. It is very easy to find your way around. Planes were right on time. Staff was very helpful."

"It’s my first time flying from this Airport. It has only one gate I think. TSA was done so quickly . Flight was not fully booked even on long weekend. Overall good experience. Loved the Airport and staff they are very particular about the personal item length and if the length is more than certain, we should be paying for carry on. We need to walk to the plane not like other airports where tamarac is present from the gate. Decent airport, cheap flights to other locations , flight that i climes was boring 737-800 which was decent one. Looking forward for more travels in the future."

"No frills airline that gets the job done. Very small airport. Short security line for the first flight of the day. The gate and waiting area is very small with only vending machines. Eat before you go! Planes were clean and in good shape."

"Kind and energetic staff, clean, tiny, and well structured airport. I really like these small airports that take you less than 20 minutes to check in. I do wish the one terminal area was bigger since I like to walk around while waiting to board. I also like that you walk out to your plane instead of through an airlock. There's something that seems more "high end" about walking up to your plane. The one singular terminal has enough seating for a plane worth of people that has charging ports under the seats which is convenient. They don't have any shops, but there are vending machines if you want a drink and snack. Their bathroom is not very big but it's clean and that's more important. The staff is very friendly, upbeat, and fun. The man speaking over the intercom found out it was a little girl's 10th birthday and had the people sitting in the terminal sing happy birthday to her which was cute."
