"After a 45 minute wait, driver finally showed up. I noticed right away that the meter was turned off. I asked what was the story. He said it was a flat rate from Sonasta to the airport. $45. More than double what I paid the day before. I called him every name I could think of for the ten minute ride. Just a rip off. I threw the money at him and said I would report him. Do not use this rip-off company."
"We arrived at the Columbus airport at 2:00am and were waiting for my hotel shuttle. When it didn't arrive I called the hotel and was told the shuttle was not available and I should take a cab and that I was to tell the cab driver that they were to come to the lobby and that the clerk would pay the taxi fare. We got into an "Orange cab" and relayed the instructions to the driver. The driver became enraged and demanded that we pay him 20.00 cash for the 2 mile ride or "get out of the cab". He spoke broken english and was irate and even refused to turn the meter on. Since it was 2:00 am and we were dead tired and the cab pick up area was deserted, I agreed to pay the 20.00 even though I knew that I was being extorted. We arrived at the hotel within 3 minutes and as we got out I asked for a receipt. The guy handed me a small stub from another taxi service that had nothing on it .....no date, no driver name and no amount. When I asked the driver to fill out that info he refused. At that time the hotel clerk came out and told me not to pay the driver and he further told the driver that if he wanted to be paid he needed to come inside and he would pay him. The driver was irate but eventually went inside and got paid a reasonable amount for the 3 min ride. The clerk later told me that this type of things happens a lot with this cab company."
"This morning one of those companies vehicles while having its left turn signal on cut off five other vehicles while slicing through three lanes of traffic to the right on 161. The driver then proceeded to cut off two more vehicles going to the right with his left turn signal still on at the stoplight to get on to Sunbury Road. After which point I’m assuming he realized he was going the wrong way as he U-turned in the middle of the street, not even at the stoplight. As a matter of fact he never turned off his turn signal until right before he made the U-turn in the middle of the street almost hitting two other cars. When informed about this driver, the people at this location stated that even though he was driving around in one of their vehicles, with one of their identification numbers, with the phone number to this location listed on it and everything else indicated he worked for them; they said he didn’t work for them. What is funny, is that I initially gave them the wrong number by mistake for the drivers identification on the car; and they said that driver no longer worked for them. When I gave them the correct number they kept up the statement, meaning that no matter who this person was; they “weren’t going to work for them.“ Their behavior in the phone was rude beyond words and overall goes to show that there is not culpability or responsibility internally for the danger posed to your lives externally with this company. Rider beware."
"Horrible service, inconsiderate and rude driver. I was in a walking boot recovering from surgery and needed a ride to my hotel 0.5 miles away. It was after shuttle hours (flight arrived at 1:00 am) so the hotel informed me that if I took a cab, they would reimburse the driver. When I got in the cab, the driver complained at me the entire ride that he waited for hours in the cab line and the hotel is “right there”. I repeatedly told him that I have a broken ankle and CANNOT WALK, especially with luggage at 1:00 am. Unbelievable. When we got to the hotel, he didn’t provide a receipt or business card for the staff working at the front desk even though they asked him multiple times and told him it is standard procedure. The hotel staff ended up paying him a random amount of cash. Worst cab experience I have ever had."
"I wish I could give this place zero or negative stars. Whoever was driving cab #012 between 10:45am and 11am today (May 2nd) almost freaking hit me on 270 North! They were switching lanes without a turn signal, and got into the left lane that I was in and almost hit me because they clearly weren’t checking their blind spots! I had to lay on my horn and slow down because if I was going a tad bit faster they would have hit me! This person seriously needs fired and their license needs taken away in my opinion."
