"I was very disappointed in my treatment and service today. Everyone is not on the same page. I booked my trip like I always do. 1hr ahead of my pickup time. After being picked a half an hour late. Then the cab driver decides not to.get on the freeway going from James road to Dr's hospital west. Going down broad 30 miles an hour. Make up your minds and stick with the protocol. If I call and hour early like you ask and I tell you the time that's the time.i mean. I missed a very important paid procedure because you all picked me up late. Cab drivers should be using freeways not side streets or main thoroughfares when it's a lk g distance trip. apologize for being angry but.while you made me.feel dumb and uncomfortable. Now I must suffer another week to have my procedure. Also cab drivers need to have proper GPS and stop holding there phones and jerking the wheel. We were almost hit by a semi because the driver was distracted."
"They don't pick up the phone. You wait in the Queue and when you get to #1 then still don't pick up the phone. There isn't anyway that I can find to request a wheelchair taxi though the app. So despite marketing material indicating that they have wheel chair cabs.. they don't have any real way to book them."
"I waited longer to order the cab, than for it to arrive. The vehicle was clean and the driver was nice, and followed the directions that I gave to avoid traffic and traffic lights. I got home quickly and efficiently."
"Twice today in just above zero conditions I waited in vain for a yellow cab. I am 70 years old and was assigned yelling can by senior options. I suspect the no show was due to the fact the drivers don’t make as much money on old people. Will do my best to get changed to differentiate company. DO NOT count on these people. If you can afford it, (I can’t) call another company"
"Trying to get in my parking spot at my apartment when this Cab was blocking my parking spot while I’m pretty sure the driver was buying dr*gs. Tried calling the Company and was sent to VM multiple times. This company has always been very unprofessional and the driver are NEVER where they should be… This was a very inconsiderate move and I’m pretty sure no one is going to do anything about it…"
