Dr. Theresa M. Soto, MD, FACS, RPVI:

Dr. Soto graduated magna cum laude from St. Bonaventure University and earned her medical degree with honors from SUNY Buffalo Medical School. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Buffalo Children’s Hospital and Hillard Fillmore Hospitals, receiving the Te Linde Surgical Award for excellence in gynecologic surgery. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of both the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons. She has been honored with the Patients' Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition.

Dr. Tuan-Anh Vu, MD:

Dr. Vu is a board-certified emergency room physician with over two decades of experience. After witnessing the debilitating effects of chronic venous insufficiency, he shifted his focus to specialize in venous disease treatment. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Vu completed his residency in emergency medicine at Christiana Care Health Systems and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients suffering from venous diseases.
