"Their bike section was half of one aisle, they only had two bicycle tires on the shelf and they were enormous sizes that are basically useless (too big for a full size mountain bike or anything smaller). On my way out the door all the employees were standing at the registers loudly trash-talking another customer and how they "should've went to Walmart" well that's exactly where I'm going because they actually stock bike tires unlike this "sporting good store"."
"Store charged my bank card, then refunded and charged again because the register messed up. One day later they charged my card for a third time. Seemingly uninterested in doing anything to fix this on any level and have to deal with the bank affidavit for fraudulent charge to get my money back. From employees statements their POS system is old, slow and buggy so it happens and they don't care to make it right themselves. I would recommend if you shop here to pay in cash."
