"I have Epilepsy, Ehlers Danlos syndrome and Dysautonomia I came here as a child, presenting with bruises and saying I was blanking out and asked if it was ADD because I didn’t know that they were Absence seizures. I was refused an MRI referral, for My EDS I had to do a self referral to a rheumatologist who diagnosed me with Ehlers Danlos and for my Dysautonomia I was tested for diabetes several times and refused any other tests. The EDS I understand they didn’t know what that was (it’s rare) but when I came presenting with joint pain and multiple other symptoms, I was told basically I was making stuff up and almost diagnosed with Munchausens syndrome (making stuff like I was crazy) I went to the rheumatologist who was wonderful and could clearly tell by my arms and stretchy skin what I had EDS. What I cannot forgive is they disregarded my epilepsy symptoms and now I have deep scaring on my temporal lobe that could have been prevented if I wasn’t just brushed off by the doctors here. I almost died at 29 years old from having 2 grand mal seizures in a row if my boyfriend wasn’t there I would have choked on my own vomit and died. I had no preventative treatment or care for my epilepsy and my symptoms were ignored."

"I have been seeing these doctors since I was a little girl. As a 25 year old woman, you’d think they’d value my business let alone respect me as a now adult. I made an appointment and before they said I could just walk in for blood work. I can only come on Thursday due to my work schedule. The woman behind the front desk refused me blood work and said I needed to be seen. Completely reversed from the phone conversation and completely wasting my time. They told me “you just need to go to the ER or try med express”. This has been my primary doctor all my LIFE. Not excuseable and unbelievable."

"I had to move to Pittsburgh but I won't give up Jessica Tennant, she actually takes time to listen to me, she always explains things so I understand them, so I make the hour and 20 minute drive( before covid) to see her. I am having a virtual appointment with her this week. I would definitely recommend her. Best medical person I have ever had"

"I have been around here and there to find a PCP that listens well and is knowledgeable enough to stand alone pulling together a game plan for success. Dr Kincaid caught an anomaly with my heartbeat which could finally be the answer to why I’m having so many issues with muscle loss and fatigue. I’ve told many about this issue of my muscles giving out. It’s been a long road and hope he can help me get back to the positive, outgoing, and driven man that I’ve always been!"
