"Staff really needs to do better. My insurance is accepted they keep claiming it's not had them on the phone in office. They said it is for all to hear. They aren't covering my bills yall are billing because the billing department doesn't know how to send a proper bill my insurance does not know what they are being billed for. I have tried explaining this to the front desk. Billing. Everybody. They will not reach out to my insurance to fix it they just want me to pay out of pocket and hope I get my money back and won't see me until I do. Which I won't get my money back because they are not correctly billing my insurance. The place is great. It works I lost weight. However this whole incident is just treating your patients who have blue cross independence poorly. Yall can easily call my insurance and fix it. It's not on there end. It's yours not billing correctly.. In review of the reply: there is nothing of fraud. I HAD MY INSURANCE ON THE PHONE IN THE OFFICE!!! They havnt paid the past 2 only 2 bills because you guys have billed them incorrectly they did not see the ultrasound on the bill they have no clue what they are being billed for! Again I was in the office and the staff listened to everything. My insurance was on the phone there is no fraud. You guys are not properly sending them detailed invoices. So they won't pay. They want you to call them and address it and your billing will not call them and fix it!!! You are more than welcomed to reach out to me yourself to handle this since nobody in the office will themself, rather the billing. Because I know the front desk does not handle billing. But they heard verbatim that they do indeed cover it and they would pay 100% owed if you guys would correct the bill. I was told billing would reach out to me and they have not. But when I reached out to them they diddnt do anything and my insurance is still waiting for a phone call as I am dealing with one of the higher ups personally trying to fix this situation for me, he only needs your end to call and address what is being billed improperly."

"Very unprofessional I was a patient w/Dr. Scaffidi’s office for years for the first couple years was good but keep in mind his staff was totally different. I met my goal a few years later I decided to return . I scheduled my appointment at the Bethlehem location omg! What a vital mistake! The staff unprofessional all ghetto they sit on their desks they talk to each other. Patient priority is not their main gold they ignore everyone that walked into the office mins would go by unless you spoke up you was not Acknowledged. They do not represent the Dr Scaffidi not one bet. Well called to reschedule my appointment and the staff asked me to call back or she will return my call her reason was that the down was down . I strongly suggested to her to write my name down because I did not what to be a No call/ No show the staff assured me that that will not be an issue it’s not my fault. Of course the days went on no call to reschedule my appointment still more days went by so I decided to call the staff stated to me that I was not able to schedule for any Future appointments Reason was that I was a no call no show!!!? when I did call I verbally told that was no longer be scheduled any further appointments the Staff did not document anything so I don’t understand was her reason even being in the office when she can’t even do her job and another thing I didn’t catch her name so I was not able Disclose the staff that I spoke with the most frustrating thing that I went through do yourselves a favor go somewhere else this is the most disorganized dysfunctional office very poorly Managed as well I will not recommend this office to anyone, Bethlehem or the Allentown The employees that you have is destroying your reputation , I recommend for you to re- staff!"

"The Doctors are great, but they really need to improve the administration staff or replacethem altogether. They never answer the phone. You have to leave a message. If you miss their call, you'll be back to square one. I called three days in a row; several times a day. Forget it. The hassle isn't worth it..switched providers..I called a place that answered the phone."

"I am a single mother of a 6 year old I was denied to be seen because I have a kid even if she waited in the waiting room as well I asked to talk to a higher up about this and they didn't even make an attempt to get anyone so I can talk to. I just can not believe that a office FOR WOMEN DENISE WOMEN WITH KIDS how is that even a "Policy" for a office for women????? I'd understand if you had a child that was misbehaving out in public but this wasn't even the case at all so I need some answers because this doesn't make any freaking sense to me. With all the women's rights stuff going on now you can't even be seen because you are a woman with a kids are you serious and another thing there isn't anything about kids not able to be with their mother in the office anywhere on the site"
