"Never have I felt like I didn't matter. Waited 4 weeks for an appointment only to get the PA to come in. After her initial exam was told that Dr Stapor would be in. Waited 35 minutes only to hear him in the hallway ask why was I still there, he then told her there was nothing he could do and sent her back into the room. I know it wasn't her fault but he didn't even bother to come in to see what problem I was having. Never again will I go to be humiliated as I was today."
