"God bless Andrew! With a major renovation in full swing, clogging our attic AC unit, Andrew was called to the scene by our general contractor. He evaluated the problem promptly, determining that the coolant was frozen. He returned the next day after it had thawed to check pressures and determine which part needed replacing. The supply chain took longer than expected to source the part, but he kept us informed. And knowing that we were receiving house guests, he returned in the early evening of a Friday to make sure we and our guests were comfortable. Not only was this service outstanding, he gave unbiased, wise advice to (a) replace a visibly near-failing capacitor, but (b) hold off on prophylactic repairs on the basement unit which, due to the same improper installation that caused the attic failure, was at risk of similar failure, but was currently operational.
