"I called to schedule an appointment to obtain a quote for some work that I needed done. Appointment scheduled for November 11th at 11:00am. I called this morning at 7:52am to confirm. The opened at 8am. Didn't receive a call. I called back at 8:25am ; only for them to tell me thet have the appointment for the following Thur. I walked through our entire conversation, because she was unaware that 11/11 was Veterans day. Yet she's choosing not to accommodate my request for the appointment. This speaks volume for the the company. No integrity. No follow-thru and definitely unprofessional. You can keep it it. Glad that it occured now than when I accept6the contract."
