Don't close if something is not 100%, because if YOU don't have time to contact the vendors they use on your own, you are just that on your own. It has been our experience that YOU have to contact the vendor, or Richwell to remind, them to contact the vendor on your behalf to get the follow up work done, we are 90+ days in and still waiting on things from the original punch list.""
