"Not sure what to say here, love the people i work with, but the inconsistency with getting equipment fixed without doing it myself is a big issue. Also not having good access to operational arrowboards at times. Big inconsistency with getting certain information about changes in policies is also a big issue. When it comes to the possibility of opening a office in one place that would be a big help, to being told its not goin to happen, then to be told that it is. Been looking to move up with the company but now looking do something else, watching people getting hired from outside to be in charge, or after only a couple of months with the company after being told at orientation almost 4 years ago that we hire to retire you and we promote from within. Starting to doubt."

"One of their employees drove over my lawn. When confronted he started cussing at me and said he was just turning around. I told him that was no reason to drive on the grass and there was no reason to curse. That of course led to him cursing more. A belligerent attitude is not acceptable and was uncalled for. He could have merely apologized and promised to be more cautious about where he drove and that would have been the end of it."

"We were driving on I71S on August 27, 2023, and several of the trucks from this company, and I have photos, were blocking the lest passing lane going less that the speed limit of 70 mph. We were trying to pass, and they apparently got into cahoots with each other to block us. This was totally uneccessary, and one of the women in the passenger seat, a blow-haired woman. gave us the finger. All we were trying to do was pass in the left hand lane, which is what it is for. This is totally unprofessional and uncalled for. People get on the road and think they own it. I would not use this company, as some of the employees are too immature and have lost the sense of value. I will be contacting the corporate office and sending them the photos and license plates of those involved."

"I have never used this buisness but the driver of the vehicle my husband almost got hit on his bike with was driving wreckless. this company really needs to keep track of the people representing there buisness and driving there company vehicles. Because this driver almost took my husband out on his bike. Bikers are now all over the place and have to look out for other drivers let alone a company vehicle driven wreckless."
