"Bobosky came and did the paving on our street. I have been left with a flood zone in my driveway due to their poor craftsmanship. They laid more asphalt in front of my home than any other home on our street. Leaving a difference of 1 inch from the curb and road. Other curb/road height differences on our road range from 3-4 inches for drainage. The roadway now drains into MY driveway, and leaves water that exceeds heights of 4-5 inches. Standing in the water it is past my ankles. Standing water can lead to viruses and other illnesses according to the CDC so now I have to be wary of our dogs and others coming near the standing water. After notifying them they decided instead of milling down the road to correct the issue, they would lay a curb in front of my driveway preventing any draining I had left from occurring. My garage is at the verge of flooding every time it downpours. And when this was brought to Timothy’s attention after they did not fix it the SECOND time I was dismissed saying that flooding would only occur with extreme rainfall. Today 6/26 I had to shovel water from the end of my driveway to prevent any further from encroaching towards said garage. Since it was only 2 ft away from entering in. The solution they had prior when I called after the curb aka “speed bump”…to dig up a section of my driveway and raise it so that my concrete (with no buckling in perfectly fine condition) would have a level difference in it. It would not solve anything and would only further destroy MY property and the look of my concrete. Their workmanship is not one I want apart of my driveway. This being said I will be taking my complaints to media outlets, and further as this has become an issue that could have easily been solved when the road was done. By actually doing it correctly. I hope you decide to correct this soon as I cannot shovel water away when I am not home. So unless you want property damage, and poor craftsmanship, I suggest to look elsewhere."
"There was a verbal agreement with Mr Bobosky and I, he promised that he would blacktop my driveway AND cut the curb out for $6,000. As he was doing the job, he utterly refused to do the curb, of course I had give him the money before the job was done. So now, I have to find and pay someone else to finish the job, dissatisfied! And he has sold his business????"
"I signed a contract with Bobosky's in March, and here we are almost in October and it's clear they aren't going to do the work on my driveway. There has been ZERO communication along the way with the exception of a random day in July where they said they'd be in the neighborhood that same day. No notice and infeasible as we had contractors running bobcats in our yard. Since then, radio silence again and not even a courtesy update."
