"He was super busy when we called, but because it was an emergency he was able to get here in less than a week. I expected to have to write a check that day, but we were told we'd be billed. The only thing that upset me wasn't even their fault...when they picked up a slab of concrete sidewalk to get to the water leak, they set it right down on top of my bleeding heart plant, which was finally growing well and looking beautiful. I can only hope it comes back up next spring.... It was days later when I noticed it and made hubby take it off the plant. (It had mostly died back, so they wouldn't have even known it was there, so I can't blame them, but I did yell at hubby about it - he was there when it happened and didn't say anything!!) :-) I appreciate that they moved back others to get to us more quickly, since our ongoing water leak was costing us daily!!"
