"Very good experience at Compression management. The staff is wonderful but, their billing practices are atrocious. Why should customers pre-pay for their compression garments before compression management submits their bill to the insurance company? That’s why we pay insurance so we don’t have to pay out-of-pocket I will be going to another company for my compression garments one that will submit my insurance claim before I have to go into my pocket to pay out large amounts of money. I’m on a fixed income I’m a retired postal worker, and this is how they treat their patients shame on you Compression management, shame on you for being so greedy for money !!!"

"This place and my 2 physical therapists, Kelly and Alley are my miracle workers.They both put their heart and professionalism to work to help me with health issues that were seriously at a bad stage.The swelling in my feet and legs were so severe I couldn’t wear my shoes for 5 months. I truly couldn’t even walk. I had to slide my feet holding on to my rollator to get around. I’m wearing the feet and leg wraps continuously to reduce the swelling so they can order me my garments. They’re the very best! I want to thank them and the staff as well for being there for me! My appointment went really well today which was on 12/21/23 with my measurements being significantly down! So I’m on my way to feeling somewhat more comfortable again!!"

"As a cancer survivor, I've been appalled at the treatment of patients here. They upsold me on a compression garment, without telling me it was optional (I learned from my physical therapist that the glove I got was unnecessary), so that they could charge my insurance and make more money. After figuring out that it was too tight/cutting off my circulation, they were very rude and did not want to send the garment back. I was outside the 30 day window for returns, which I understand was on me, however, there was no clarity about the appropriate fit when I first talked with them about this garment. When I asked to be fitted once the new garment came in, I was told "no, that's not necessary." They eventually replaced the glove, after much disrespectful back and forth and that didn't fit either. When I asked about replacement, they said they went "above and beyond" so they would not be helping me further. Since they used my insurance, I have to pay out of pocket for my garments for the rest of the year. Frankly, they could have had a lifelong buyer (I'm only 42) for garments, but because of the ways I've been treated here over the past year, I will never return. It was just once interaction, but a series of them that made me so frustrated. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place."
