"This review is for PCCA's signature software called RXdispense. I am proud owner of a compounding Pharmacy at Surprise Arizona. Before switching to RXDispense in 2020, We tried three different software, none of which was even close to the functionality provided by PCCA'S RXdispense. For any Pharmacy doing any form of Compounding, this software is a must. Its the best in the industry. There is a learning curve involved, but once the basics has been mastered, everything else is very easy. If you are a retail pharmacy, this software is also very powerful. Its ability to integrate with VOW phone system makes automated refills an easy process for any compounding pharmacy. Customer support is wonderful. There is a five day training by PCCA on how to use the software. It has changed the way we do business as a compounding Pharmacy. Overall, this was the best investment my company made in 2020. Hope this helps any Pharmacy owner looking for a powerful, innovative software with top notch security beyond anything I have ever seen.
