"We love everyone we have seen in this office, and our whole family uses them! Dr. Bovalino sees us most often, but if we need a quick appointment they fit us in with someone else. They always give us the time we need and answer all our questions and present options without being pushy, which I’m so grateful for! I recently had Dr. Bovalino see me after a burn incident and he not only cared for my burn, but asked about my child who was getting care from a specialist outside the practice and specifically inquired how I was doing as a parent with their challenges. So grateful to have a doctor who cares for us so well!"
"Dr. Bovalino has always been patient during my appointments. He is also the pcp for a few family members and always treats us well. He orders our yearly blood work. He is usually booked for sick visits but his office will squeeze us in with someone. The woman who draws blood is excellent too."
"I used to be a patient of Dr Bovalino. I felt like all he did was hand out referrals. So, I switched doctors. My husband remained a patient. At the last annual physical, my husband asked for basic blood work (which is industry standard) and he refused to order it. Then, at his most recent visit, the “nurse” gave him a Shingrix vaccine in the back of his arm instead of in his deltoid muscle(as recommended by the CDC and manufacturer). It caused a great deal of pain and swelling at the injection site. I called to speak with the doctor professional to professional( I am a RN) and he did not see a problem with it. “As long as she gives it in a muscle, I don’t care where she puts it…you’re lucky that I even called you back”. If you want arrogance and incompetence. This office is the right one for you."
