"Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had, we had a party of 6 and the consensus of all was that you literally are paying for the location because the service and food are terrible. Watched nearly a dozen employees standing around talking together and completely ignoring the guests. They were more interested in taking pictures of a rainbow after the rain. I asked what the special sauce was for the burger and the waitress said "oh it's just mayo and ketchup" also I paid 5$ to add bacon which was 1 piece that was not even cooked well. Everyone was extremely disappointed and agreed we would not return and will make sure to inform the public on what to really expect from this place. Returning to the burger, as pictured, it was pathetic. Shriveled bun, nearly raw center despite ordering medium well. Leaving, we witnessed a guy presumably in leadership patronizing a seemingly newer employee regarding rules regarding smoking and vaping at work. In being in senior leadership for over 25 years, certainly not the way to handle things like this in public. I am not sure who owns this establishment, but they should reconsider a complete reset of leadership to help hold accountability and turn things around. Reading through many other reviews, this seems to be the general theme for guests' experiences regarding the food and staff."

"The service was ok but not great. We ordered the Atlantic Salmon and Rxp Burger and they were good. But the Garlic Parmesan fries were too salty. However, everyone comes here for the view and that was spectacular. There is no parking for the restaurant but you can park at the nearby parking garage at 10 Exchange Place (the price is steep)."

"Amazing high rise roof top bar/ restaurant right on the Hudson River . The view of the Manhattan skyline is just stunning and one can sit there for hours. Had a great time and enjoyed more going back again . One can dine in first in their restaurant and then step out on their patio with your drinks , as they don’t allow food in the patio. The best time to go is half an hour before the sunset as it’s amazing to watch the Sun go down. We had pizza which was alright , their fries were delicious and so was their chocolate dessert . Margaritas were average too ."

"If I was rating the Food and Drinks, I would only be giving 3 Stars but the view and atmosphere are the main attraction so rating this place as a whole. Some of the appetizers were pretty good but the chicken was quite dry and tough to eat. Same for the cocktails, only some of them were good. Service was average."

"I was pleasantly pleased my husband and I stayed 4 days and 3 nights with no regrets. Everyone was kind the staff at the front desk was very considerate when we requested more towels. Great location Safe location and amazing views. Book online for the best rates."
