"The cleaning here is very clean. I come here at night. They check the cleaning and cleaning repeatedly. I am very satisfied. Thank you."

"The guy that checked me in was really nice. He ask me wanted I wanted and even gave me insight into some of the services they have. So the customer service was good. My truck when I left was wet as expected, so it's hard to really get a good feel on how clean it is. Then I started on the highway and I could see the film on my windshield from where the wipers don't get. Usually when I get my truck washed they take the sponge and get the window really clean. Not this time. I also ask for under the hood to get clean. They sprayed the motor but the hood itself looks like it was never touched. It's a boom truck so there's a cradle in the back when I got it home and walked around the truck it was still dirty. I'm usually really happy with the job they do at the beacon but this time they didn't seem to take pride in their work. I know they say if you aren't happy to come get them but again you can't really see the results until the truck is dry. Maybe they should put a big blower in or use leaf blowers."
