"10/10 - I highly recommend Jim of Crystallized Ceramics for all your PPF and ceramicoat needs. I found Crystalized Ceramics on Google Maps and decided to give them a shot. Their prices were very fair, and they were easy to schedule with. I asked for PPF and full ceramicoat on my new Tesla. Like Jim, I started my business very young (and I’m still at it, sixteen years later). In getting to know him, from his enthusiasm to his attention to detail, it became clear that he has the drive to be the best and most capable in Pittsburgh at ceramic coating and detailing. It is wonderful to pay it forward and support the next generation of local businesses. His work ethic is outstanding. He worked long nights and finished my car in two days instead of the quoted three. He is a total perfectionist. He deep dive researches every vehicle before he starts to make changes to ensure that everything will go correctly. For instance, some of the glass on my Tesla has a special coating from the factory that should not be removed or ceramicoated. He identified those areas before they were a problem. I would have never thought of that. He genuinely cares about his customers. I immediately felt comfortable with him, which is important when you are leaving your car with someone else. He is honest and capable and I could never imagine taking my car to anyone else after having worked with him. --- Update: Just want to add that after I got caught in the first big rain storm, the ceramicoat still looks outstanding. All of the rain just slid right off. Photo in parking lot was from the day AFTER the rain storm."
