"Worst experience ever. Mustang Mach E, could not get charged at the first one on the right ( I was getting error on my car and the light was blinking red), the location of the second one was weird and the cable was not long enough to get to my car. The third one, I was not able to tap, swipe and insert my credit card. The fourth one did not let me pay for it after I plugged in. So, I wasted 2 HRS of my time and tried all 4 of these stations."

"I made my very first fast charge ever on my 2023 Bolt on October 6th. I never could have done it without the help of Sam, the man delivering the EV Amazon truck to Greece, NY, who I met at this charging station. To him, I would give all the stars in the sky. To the station, I took one star away because the first station I tried at this location actually didn't work. ( It wasn't just my cluelessness, even Sam couldn't get it to work.) Safe travels, Sam!"

"Guest rate seem high at 48¢ per Kwh. No idea indication that they offer an off peak rate. Local Commercial rate seems to vary between 8¢ an 10¢ per kwh. 4 parking spots for 8 feed lines seems like a dumb setup when you consider how many spots are always available this far out in a parking lot that might only see capacity on major Shopping days The unit was not informative on the membership fee or the rate members received to determine if that was cost effective.Was only getting 25-30 of my vehicle's 50Kw charge rate. Car next to me was only getting 11Kw out of their 50kwh rate."
