"This is an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL place to visit, if you live the outdoors and hiking!! I was so taken by all the ginormous rocks, huge trees & the creek!! I wish I would've found this place sooner!! My fiance and I walked the trails along side the creek bed forever with our one year old and then weeks later stopped by again this time with three of our kids and they were all amazed by the absolutely gorgeous scenery!! The only bad thing about this place is there's no where close to park unless you don't mind parking on the side of a bend or on the bridge. I honestly don't know why more ppl don't visit it's so much better than McConnells Mills in my opinion!!"

"This is the start of the rocky gorge section of the Slippery Rock Creek. Very pretty, somewhat dangerous. The dam/mill race is more accurately known as Kennedy's Mills (from my Mom and Dad who grew up there)."
