"Crown Car Wash is a good car wash. If they only had a pre-rinse before the pre-soak I wouldn't have to drive through twice. But overall it's convenient, but if it rains every other day it's not worth the pass."

"I have a monthly wash package and normally the service is above expected but recently I stopped in the morning at around 7:50 AM, I know they don't normally open till 8 but all the open signs were out , doors were open , open sign lit up in the window, I pulled in , and was immediately greeted in the rudest of manners and was told "8 o clock" and was turned away, if you don't want people pulling in before 8 then don't advertise that you are open , I get it , maybe it was a simple mistake , but the way I was treated was not professional in the least, I don't want to cancel my wash package but I don't know if I feel comfortable to continue going,"

"Absolutely ridiculous procedures. They busted my windshield wiper completely off. When the issue was brought up, they pointed at a sign and said it’s not their problem. I used to use them all the time and enjoyed supporting a local business. I highly do not recommend them anymore."
