- One Day Free Rental: Enjoy one day free of the daily time and mileage charges on an intermediate (group C) through a full-size four-door (group E) car. This offer is valid with a minimum three-day rental. Additional charges such as taxes, concession recovery fees, customer facility charges, and fuel charges are extra.

- Upgrade Offer: Get a one car class upgrade, subject to availability, on compact through full-size four-door car bookings.

Terms and Conditions:

- The renter is responsible for any additional time and mileage charges over one day.

- The offer cannot be used for one-way rentals.

- One coupon per rental, and it cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, or offer.

- The coupon is valid at Avis locations in the contiguous U.S. (excluding the New York Metro area).

- Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during a blackout period, the entire rental is blacked out and does not qualify for the use of the coupon.

- An advance reservation is required, and the customer must provide the profile number associated with the coupon.

- The reservation must be canceled by the rental date, or the coupon will be used.

- The offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of reservation and may not be available on some rates at some times.

- For reservations made on Avis.com, the free day will be applied at the time of rental.

- Avis reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and use of coupons at any time without prior notification.

- Coupons cannot be applied to completed rentals.

- Renters must meet Avis age, driver, and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location, and an additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old.

- The rental must begin on or before 12/31/24.

- Acceptance of the Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) relieves the renter and authorized additional drivers of responsibility for loss of, or damage to the Avis car, when they comply with the terms and conditions listed on the rental document jacket.

- LDW and optional services must be signed for at the rental counter and are taxable.

- Specific state regulations apply to LDW in Wisconsin and Illinois. In New York, customers can decide to cancel LDW service at no charge within specific guidelines.

Free Pick-Up Service:

- To use the free pick-up service, call the rental location directly at the phone number listed on your reservation confirmation.

- Pick-up service policies vary by location, so it's important to call and make arrangements at least 24 hours before your desired rental time.

- Note that an off-airport Avis location cannot pick you up at an airport that has an Avis location. In such cases, you must rent your car at the airport location or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent.
