"I've had a great experience at this location in the past. This was my first time dealing with the newer staff there. Gabrielle, nice but also seemed like she was just fast talking her way to up sale me on add ons previous staff was very personable this one seemed more sales. She switched me into a bigger sedan from my suv which I was fine with. However after further evaluation the car was dirty had bottles and left over in it and an Starbucks trash and old receipts on the floor underneath the seats. Not to mention the original car I was originally scheduled to get had just got done being cleaned when I pulled up. I drove a 2024 Subuaru. On my way driving it out of town the car seemed to be jerking while driving there and even more on the way back home."

"I had a reservation thru my insurer while repairs were being done; this location tried to upsell me & charge me more money (although insurer assured me all rental costs were covered); when I pushed back, they told me they were cancelling my reservation & hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional. (And did not have a similar experience at another location). Stay away from this one!"

"Smooth and seamless transaction. The guys were terrific and I appreciate all their help. Unfortunately I’ve had to use their services twice this year, but they made everything comfortable and left me their cards with any questions or concerns. Just happy to have my car back in action. The black challenger was sick, but not something I personally enjoyed driving, the hood was outrageously large."

"The main rental experience was fine. It was the aftermath with which I was bothered. I was given a rental through another's insurance as my car had been totaled. My credit card was charged with an unexpected amount with no invoice for any services rendered. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the branch, I had no response. Several weeks after my card had been charged, I was sent an invoice for a service that I had explicitly denied at the beginning of the process. After calling customer service to have the charge removed, I was told they would "run it up the ladder" and proceeded to be hung up on after that phrase. This issue remains unresolved and is the catalyst for this poor review. I would have liked to have had a smoother experience after being in an accident and having my vehicle totaled through no fault of my own, but Enterprise only added to my automotive headaches."
