"Ran by some of the most insensitive people out there. They will sell you a dirt car that won't last beyond 5000 miles and then threaten to sue you for slander for a poor review. Take your business elsewhere. Might I suggest a place with a better average than 2.2 stars? Perhaps a proper dealership like Streetsboro Kia or Ganley Honda of North Olmsted."

"My son bought a kia sportage exactly 1 week later caught on fire. They seemed to be willing to help so we took a cavalier with 88,000 miles in its place. It lasted almost 2 months when the subframe broke from being completely rusted. I do believe you are not allowed to sell a vehicle with a bad frame. Reached out and was told what do you want for a 1,700 vehicle. I really wish we had read the reviews before doing business with them. I see a lot of similar issues from other people."
