"This course is relatively nice. Unfortunately, the holes are kind of repetitive and the fairways were too deep. I would play this course again but I wouldn't be scrambling to play this course again. The course needs a fair bit better maintenance on greens. It's a good course for first time players but don't expect anything exceptional. Update: I just recently replayed the course and the greens, roughs, and fairways were definitely in better shape. However, algae was present in the water hazards to crazy levels. It definitely looks like a lack of maintenance in certain aspects of the course is still prevalent."

"Fun, challenging course. Narrow but mountainous fairways, lined with trees, make hitting good shots difficult. A few bunkers and almost no water hazards. Pin location can make for challenging putts. Good course to play."

"A couple things about this course: - Don’t let your friends tell you this course is easy. It’s narrow and the water on the back nine is easy to drive into. It will take your golf balls. - On a nice evening it has a rather scenic setting. - It’s a enjoyable local course at the right price. I would be willing to pay more to help the course. It’s location is prime for the growth of the area to be really popular. - Greens are well taken care of. Short, smooth with good speed. Greens have some slope that offers challenge on longer puts. - Course generally has proper cuts around greens and fairways. A couple critiques: - Maybe some mower adjustments to the reel mowers on the fairways. i.e. Slow down, stripe the opposite way and cut a touch shorter. They were kinda wavy where the grass had kind of laid over and didn’t cut the proper length. - Rough could use some development and would really define the course. - Add sand hazards. Set in the right spots they will add significant challenge. - They cut some trees on the course and didn’t take the stumps out. One is carved into a beaver? Either grind the others up or get an artist to carve the others. Just like some general finish the task sort of stuff. Nothing major but makes an impact. - A couple of the sections of water need fountains to help circulate. Overall a course I will always comeback and play. I think they may just need an investor to help with getting high end equipment and more man power to push it over the top. This course has the opportunity really be top notch in a great spot."
