"Dr. Ackenbom is a wonderful doctor, that goes the extra mile for her patients, you never leave her exam room feeling as if you werent heard. However her staff leaves a lot to be desired. You have to call and message them repeatedly on the app and phone, and still do not receive any response. I have never received such terrible service than with her staff. She needs to do a complete overhaul and find new medical secretaries or whatever they are. AWFUL!!"
