"I had a wonderful experience working with Bryon. He took my dream and made it a reality. He had great ideas and advice but was also eager for my input. If you are planning a kitchen remodel, definitely give Bryon a call! His work is absolutely stunning."
"Redds Mill Cabinetry and Bryon Palonder were an incredible team of people to work with on our remodel of our kitchen. Having remodeled three (3) kitchens previously, the experience I had with Bryon and his team was first class. What is unique about Bryon is not only is he a skilled craftsman but he is also a chef, so he thinks about how a space should be set up to maximize efficiency in the kitchen and then builds the kitchen around your needs. Paying tribute to the heritage of the 1928 home Bryon recommended a black walnut island and corresoponding black walnut upper cabinet interiors coupled with an Origami White inset cabinet; a very unique and polished combination that could have easily been overlooked. Bryon and Redds Mill Cabinetry really listened to how we wanted to use the kitchen space and incorporated those needs into the overall design in the following ways: 1) Our youngest daughter loves to bake and is constantly pulling the mixer and baking goods out to create. Byron observed this and built a "baking station" complete with powered mixing stand and all the necessary dry ingredients plus utensil station right by the mixer. No more lugging the mixer out of the cabinets and looking for power, sometimes away from your baking stuff. Clean, efficient, fun. 2) We have an active family and wanted to create a beverage center to include some refrigerated drawers and an ice maker. Additionally, Bryon suggested a bank of drawers for power bars and snacks plus a deep drawer for water bottles and he even squeezed in top drawer that incorporated power outlets to charge iPhones and other electronics. Think of an Apple Store where al the electronics are hidden in the drawer. Again, a small idea that has proved super useful and efficient. 3) All of our "countertop appliances' (Microwave, Toaster, Kuerig) were hidden from sight in a custom cabinet that doubles as a coffee station for all the coffee mugs, travel cups, k-cups, straws and sugars. 4) The dreaded dead space "lazy susan" found in most kitchens was replaced with an incredibly efficient swivel drawer system that smoothly slides and hold lots of pantry items at a lower level for those people shorter in stature. 5) Since we had the space, Bryon recommended two dishwashers, one in the island and one near the main sink. He also recommended two trash cans and both suggestions seemed excessive but have proved incredibly useful especially when entertaining larger groups. It's a fairly simple philosophy but rarely executed. Bryon and the Redds Mill Cabinetry Team just think differently about how to use a space and then build an impeccably magnificent functional product out of high quality materials. From the design to the build to the install to the durability of the product, Bryon and Redds Mill Cabinetry are incredible. They are old school. They do what they say and deliver on their promises on time."
