"I'm not one to complain but today I walked into the store there was a gentleman that was sitting in a message chair which he immediately jumped up quick and went behind the desk. He didn't hardly even acknowledged me me and my son. Never offered me and my son any help. Not sure why this was because we were the only ones in the store. Anyways after about 10 minutes I asked him a question and he was very short with the answers. Just let me tell you my money will be spent elsewhere at golf galaxy because they treated us with respect and made me and my son feel like they wanted us there for business. Not sure why this happened but I will surely let everyone I know to not visit your business in the future. I also believe the owner walked out when we were getting ready to leave and he said not a word either. Very disappointed in this service. Once again my money spends elsewhere and you lost out on two sets of clubs."
"I broke down and bought my first set of fitted irons. Brian and Dave were very helpful and made to process easy and fun. I had no idea what clubs I wanted when I walked in the door. They listened to my needs and my strengths and helped me find the right clubs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new clubs and especially if you are not sure which way to go. They will take the time and work with you to get you the best fit for your game"
