"It’s a good place but they put patients in the hallway!"
"Came in with my 1 and a half year old with a major rash that we didn't know what it was. We waited over an hour and a half before anyone even said anything to us. They did no tests and just said it could be an allergic reaction. And told us to giver her steroids and antibiotics. All they did was guess what it could be. And it wasn't even a doctor. It was a nurse practioner. They did nothing to really help understand what was going on. DO NOT I mean DO NOT come to this place if it isn't life threatening. They don't care about the patients that arnt there for life threatening things."
"These people all need to be fired in none of them want to do their job they just want to complain all the time about their job to almost every person that's in there and it's no wonder people have died in there I had 157 bpm's yesterday enough to where they thought I should be hooked up to machines but when the machine said I flat line for hours nobody ever checked it they just walked by the room several times never even looked in"
"I’ve taken my mom here several times for relatively serious things (burst gall bladder, broken rib) and it has always been a good experience. Last time was a week ago. The staff was friendly and helpful."
"So a staff member of your ER went to robo in falconer . Claming he works in the ER and he dosen't have to wear a mask. I'm just amazed how this covid thing is such a big deal but your staff will go in to stores with out a mask .knowing he is a essential worker that works in the ER . And could of came in contact with this virus while working in the ER. Just a suggestion maybe have a meaning about practice what you preach and not having your staff out in public not wearing a mask and saying he works at your hospital in the ER. Idk if he was a doctor. nurse, cleaner or just a staff member. But its unacceptable,unprofessional behavior and could cause more of a health crisis."
