"Fitness Together - Poland is awesome. I was in a rut, health-wise, and was really struggling with accountability. The trainers at FTP do a great job of making you feel comfortable and working with you to get the most out of your workouts. They're great at motivating you to push yourself, without being jerks or "drill sergeants." I'm definitely losing weight while increasing muscle, strength and endurance. I'd highly recommend Fitness Together to anyone who wants to get healthier."

FT has been a huge component of my fitness success. "This is the perfect place for me to work out. I had never done this before and did not want to go to a big gym. The one-on-one private sessions are perfect for me. Every trainer there is fun to be around and will give you a great workout. There is a licensed dietitian on staff to help you meet your dietary goals safely which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is intimidated by gyms or just doesn't know where to begin. The workouts are tailored to your abilities and the trainers will challenge you to help you reach your goals. I was a complete newbie but never felt embarrassed in this atmosphere. Each trainer is encouraging and wants you to do well and will not let you slide. Small group sessions are also available."
