"Even though I’m not a power lifter, this gym was lightly equipped to support bodybuilding style exercises. They have a small fleet of plate loaded machines but the bulk of their machines are unique to powerlifting (pretty cool machines too). The gym itself is large, DBs range from 5-180? Lbs, three sections (free weight, turf, machine/cardio), hanging rope climb, various barbells, deadlift platforms and even an arm wresting competition table. The gym could use some TLC, doors were broken, equipment was also broken, bathrooms were dirty etc. No one really wiped down their equipment which was annoying considering the gym is garage style and very hot even with industrial fans circulating. Overall I’d buy another week pass to the gym, the environment was heavy and badass with great equipment that just needs some TLC."

"Staff was amazing. The vibe is inviting. Heavy dumbbells. Pendulum squat. Kilo plates and regular all different resistance bands. The graffiti on the wall sets everything offf. You can go shirtless. The downlighting in the posing the best I’ve seen this side the Mississippi. Personal trains for the new and seasoned vets. 10/10 recommend"

"Simply the best gym in Youngstown. It's very affordable, the regulars are nice and friendly, and it's open 24 hours a day. It's a world class powerlifting gym, but it also has everything other gyms have and more, including a climbing rope, a rower, an assault bike, an Olympic lifting area, a turf area with plenty of space to do plyos, a yoga area, treadmills, a stair machine, a GHD machine, a leg press machine, a pit shark, plenty of benches, a whole rack of dumbells, kettlebells, and the list goes on and on."
