She is an amazing instructor and has ton of passion for yoga and helping people to live better lives. She is both encouraging and knowledgeable as she gives a lot of insight to how you are helping your body and mind with the various poses during her class. The studio itself is very clean, beautiful and welcoming as well."
"I have not practiced yoga for about four years, but wanted to start up again. I decided to take a class, and I'm very glad it was at this studio. I took a Level 1 class with Kenzie as the instructor. She was calm, kind, and a great instructor that gave us alignment/posture reminders at perfect times. The staff was very welcoming and inviting, as was the atmosphere of the studio. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be returning! I definitely recommend this studio."
