"Do not use these people. Very unorganized. Did not help at all. Terrible management. Aides were very good!. No compassion!!! was told i didn't need them when i called said he w as s comfortable. Told me they would instruct me on what to do. After husband passes no one even called no chaplain or social worker. These people did not care or do their job. They need new supervisors and especially a knowledgeable manager. This is the one in Monongahela. Was told one thing and they did another. Very frustrated with the whole ordeal. They are suppose to be there for you they were not there at all. Very very bad management. Shut them down!!!! Disgusts me knowing that they are operating like this. Do not use them!!!! My neighbor a retired nurse came and did his vitals called them and no one came told me i needed to keep checking his vitals and call and they would instruct me on what to do. He passed a couple of hours later with my neighbor the RN by our side no one from Amedysis. Have not heard from anyone there since before his passing when i had to call them!!!! What an experience i had with them. Very sad. Thankful for the aides and the nurse Jackie who came and pronounced him dead."
