"The slowest pharmacy. Rite aid in holt fills my medicines in 15 mins. Had some prescriptions sent over here since they’re open late and it was 8pm when i requested a fill. It was sent to Walgreens at 10pm yesterday. Wouldve just went with rite aid if I knew I’d be waiting until 1pm the next day and still don’t have them. It’s literally 20 pills. That’s it. Your job is not that hard."

"One of the rare times I had a good experience at this Walgreens. They had enough staff in the pharmacy and I received good service! Dare I hope that things are going to change for the better?"

"It was nice a decade ago, not anymore! They are NOT 24 hour, it closes at midnight and reopens at 6am. The drive-thru pharmacy is 24 hours (but only if they have staff), frequently closed due to staffing. The line is always over an hour wait! They never answer the phone due to 1 pharmacist alone, and occasionally they just close due to lack of employees. COVID is over, this is just bad business decisions and poor management now. The best move is Amazon or other online pharmacy delivered at home without waiting anymore!"

"I understand they're probably understaffed and busy, but I tried 3 different times to transfer my meds from a different pharmacy to this Walgreens as this Walgreens is the closest and most convenient. I contacted my original pharmacy and asked if they had even had contact from this Walgreens and they had not. I called twice and went in physically once. Today I contacted the Walgreens on MLK and it was a WORLD of difference. They asked what I wanted transferred, if I needed any filled immediately, if I had insurance, my meds were filled TODAY. This pharmacy barely asked what meds I wanted. Please do not bother trying to get anything done through them and find yourself a pharmacy that actually knows what they're doing."
