Not sending a lifesaving product on time is totally unacceptable. I gave this distributor 1 star as it appears that I gave them a 5 star review..I DID NOT Addendum...I was contacted by an administrator today by phone regarding my issue. She was very understanding regarding this issue and is going to work with the IT department and develope an action plan to assure medical equipment is delivered on time."
