"I went yesterday to pick up a prescription that had been sent in over 24 hours earlier. The prescription wasn't ready but the person at the drive through window proceeded to tell me that their corporate ladder was cutting even more hours even though they are 2.5 days behind schedule for prescriptions. Clearly, the biggest problem here isn't the employees it is corporate trying to save money even though they are putting the customer's safety at risk.. Very sad, I will do everything I can to find another pharmacy that my insurance will cover."
"Waited in drive through lane for over 45 min. Then as I get to window they closed for lunch. Waited till after their lunch and my prescription that had been ordered over 3 hours ago was still not ready. When people are sick they do not want to wait around in a line all day. After this prescription is filled it will be my last time to cvs."
