"To say it was a long morning would be no exaggeration. Arrive at 7:45 was greeted warmly. Handed me 2 papers to fill out and had a seat. Finished the paper took about 2 minutes. Said someone would be out shortly to get you. 8:00 a technician came to get me. Started IV like a champ. Had 2 scans 1 w/contrast 1w/o. Took me to another room and another technician who greeted me warmly. Well 3 1/2 hrs I was out the door. From the time of check until I walked out the door. They made a very uncomfortable situation to a more comfortable one. 5*"
"Please call to make sure they can do the ultrasound you are scheduled for! Drove 2 hours round trip took time off work only to be told they don't do thyroid maping at this location...while I get that there is only one person one day a week and apparently just back from leave..there is no excuse for this. Pull your orders in the morning do a quick scan call people with questions instead of waiting until they get there to ask them exactly what kind of ultrasound they need...or better yet call and tell them you can't even do the scan at this location..It took 2 weeks to get an appointment...one person one day a week why bother should maybe consider shutting down ultrasound department at this location."
"Called at 3: o’clock to see if I need an appointment for an x-ray and they told me to just come in. I got there at 3:30 and they said they were booked. My wife told her she said we could come in and get it she made all kinds of painful noises and said that she could get me in at 4:45 so I said okay. After waiting for 10 minutes she said she couldn’t do it. I never felt so unwanted in my life. This clinic SUCKS!"
"Was seen by my doctor over a week ago and he ordered a CAT scan. While at work the following day received a message via my cellphone to call back to set up appointment. Tried to call around 4pm after work (and of course a holiday weekend) and was hung up on twice. Tried a third time and no answer. Called back Tuesday after a holiday weekend and tried to schedule and requested self pay. Was told that I would be contacted directly by insurance department with amount. Never heard back. I contacted them today(two days later) and was informed that they tried to contact me via a landline number from several years ago that is not connected to anything. Not really sure why they didn’t call my cell number again. I was given several excuses and an apology, but when it comes to your health I wouldn’t ket them play their games with it."
"Clinic called me to schedule dates for 3 test at direction from my doctor. I did not receive a reminder call & luckily put date on my phone calendar correctly. I tried to contact Jasonway location to get clarity about the 3rd test what is required to prep for it. I got no answer; call disconnected like they kept hanging up on me. I made 4 calls & test was scheduled that afternoon. I was unsucessful getting anyone to answer. Certain employees there are polite but one working in registration on front desk was not. From what I saw the facility look clean; Waiting area is clean tests areas look fine. 35 min Wait despite having coming 15 min earlier."
