"The people are very polite and professional, especially the desk personnel, but the service from the company is embarrassing! The turnaround time on braces or shoes is terrible. Had my brace in but never called until I finally checked in after 7 weeks. Then they gave the patented answer of of "the shoe guy had to order the material, it will be in next week!" I would have appreciated a call telling me that! Now I have to schedule an appointment to pick up my brace7 days from today! It will take all of 8 minutes to pick it up! Hate to admit this but this is not the first time these embarrassing delays have occurred! Really not a happy customer."

"My experience with Enduracare was stellar to be honest. I had my appointment, went in, got measured and casts of my feet were taken for my shoes. I picked out the shoes I wanted and it couldn't have been easier! Two weeks later, I had the shoes, the inserts and all was good in my works. As for the staff, everyone in the process was professional, consciousness, polite and kind. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you guys!"

"If you enjoy terrible customer service and a flunky hack of a Dr. Then this is your place. The owner speaks to patients like he is a trashy teenager. The office regularly double books appointments and tells patients they have to reschedule as they are standing at the front desk. The time spent with the Dr. is very rushed, they can't get you out fast enough."

"Mark is wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure our 20 month old who has bi-lateral club foot got the correct AFO'a and derotation straps. Prior to Endura Care we were seen by Union Orthodocs who did a terrible job. Mark corrected their work. Also, during the Covid pandemic he came to our home so that we didn't have to bring Dominic into the office. He wore PPE gear and was very considerate of our over cautiousness! Thanks guys!"

"Very rude, I went to get measured for a brace I was late because I understood my appointment was at 1:30 pm and I arrived at 1:10pm to be told it was at 1:00 pm. I offered to reschedule but she said it was fine. Then she decided my insurance was not excepted yet on the website is says all insurance accepted. My Dr. also wanted me to have a wedge at which she thought was redickulous. My Dr. suggested them but I surely hope there is a another place to deal with."
